Q - How are tires delivered to my location?
A - The tires are delivered via an LTL trucking company to your place of business. We deliver to most destinations in 1 to 3 days.

Q - Is there a limit or minimum that can be ordered?
A - There is not a limit or minimum. Rudolph Truck Tire prepays the shipping charges on any mix of 8 or more medium truck tires. If you need less
      than 8, there will be a minimum freight charge to you.

Q - What is the F.E.T. that is added to the price of truck tires?
A - F.E.T. is the Federal Excise Tax that applies to every medium truck tire. This government tax is based on the load carrying capacity of the tire.
      Rudolph Truck Tire will always include F.E.T. in our pricing.

Q - Can tires be picked up at your locations and where are they?
A - Yes.  We are located in Murray, KY and Dallas, TX.  Our hours are 8 am to 12 pm and 1pm to 4 pm Monday-Friday.

Q - What kinds of payment does Rudolph Truck Tire accept?
A - We accept most forms of payment including Cash, Credit Card, Check, Wire Transfers, Check by phone, Com-Chek, T-Check, and Fleet One
      Check.

Q - Can Rudolph Truck Tire special order tires for me that Rudolph Truck Tire may not have in stock?
A - Yes.

Q - Are tires covered under warranty?
A - Yes, each tire carries the full manufacturer's warranty.

Q - What if I need 4 tires and my friend needs 4 tires, can we get the free shipping?
A - Yes, receive free shipping on combined orders delivered to one location.  We are happy to combine multiple orders together for shipping.

Q - Do you charge sales tax?
A - Rudolph Truck Tire charges sales tax for delivery in Kentucky, Tennessee, and Texas.
